Exact location's 62 Bates Street; first street on the left when going down the bend from Boulevard. 20-25 minutes to campus; 15-20 to Southside.   Preferences:  Fairly flexible on most. Prefer someone who does more than sit around until it's time to go drink (though drinking's more than fine, mind you). Shouldn't be the kind of person who lies through their teeth over the most minor of things. No pets allowed in the place, alas. You'll be rooming with two guys who like the video games (and a third guy who watches weird movies), so if you dig those, it'd be a plus. But honestly, I don't really care about anything beyond your reliability and ability to do more than sit around bored.   Features:  Washer/Drier in the house--only take small loads, but it doesn't cost a quarter per use or anything. Your cost will be $550 per month plus utilities.  It is room 107 in 3817 Dawson Street. It is a motel-like complex behind the set of apartments on Dawson. The easiest way to get there is to go down Oakland Avenue towards Dawson and make a left onto Dimling Way and you'll be right there. Room 107 will be on the first level. Preferences:  I'm not too uptight about much as long as we respect each other's spaces. It doesn't matter if the person is a smoker. I can't have pets though in the apartment because I'm allergic. I prefer an undergraduate male roommate.
