How to Get Listed With Our Office

The University of Pittsburgh Off-Campus Living is soliciting listings of apartments available for the upcoming academic semester.

The University of Pittsburgh will list apartments inspected by the City of Pittsburgh Bureau of Building Inspections. The bureau has agreed to perform residential building inspections, upon landlord request, with inspections usually scheduled within two to three days of request.

Apartment owners and managers interested in listing their apartments with the University should complete a Residential Building Inspection application (please call our office to have an application sent to you) and return it to the City of Pittsburgh, Bureau of Building Inspection Department, 200 Ross St., Pittsburgh, PA 15219. There is an inspection fee of $33 for the first unit and $12 for each additional unit, paid to the City of Pittsburgh.

Off-Campus Living is the primary source of information regarding house and apartment rentals for the Pitt community of 27,000 students, 7,800 staff, and 2,900 faculty. For more information, please call Off-Campus Living at 412-624-6998.
